About Shep Boys Lawn and Tree Service

Iowa storms give fair notice: a gray-green wall stacking up in the west over the fields toward Martensdale, then twenty minutes of wind that finds every weak limb in town. Shep Boys Lawn and Tree Service handles what's left the next morning — hung limbs brought down, split silver maples cleared, brush hauled off the lawn. The rest of the year is pruning on purpose rather than by weather, thinning crowns and lifting branches back off roofs and drives. Mowing, trimming and cleanup run right alongside it, so the ground gets the same attention as everything above it. By the following summer the shade is back and nothing on the property is waiting to fall.
