About All American Exteriors

Warren County's courthouse sits at the center of Indianola like a compass point, and on a January morning the brick streets ringing the square hold the cold long after the sun clears the rooftops. All American Exteriors works those blocks before the town wakes, clearing the walks that lead into the shops and the drives that back up to them, so the first commuters off Highway 65 find bare pavement instead of a skating rink. A block off the square, the same crew keeps the walks open in front of the diner and the hardware store, the kind of quiet errand nobody notices until it's undone. Farm ground rolls out flat and open a few miles past the last streetlight, but here in town the job is smaller and more immediate: one driveway, one walk, one clear path at a time. There's a particular satisfaction in a plowed lot at 6 a.m., empty and dark and ready, before Indianola's day has properly begun.
