About Absolute Outdoor Services

Hills sits down in the Iowa River bottoms south of Iowa City, a few square blocks of town with farm ground running out from the last street in every direction, and the sky doing most of the talking. Absolute Outdoor Services keeps the yards in that small grid cut and trimmed, mowing on a weekly turn, edging along the walks and drives, clearing leaves when the bottomland timber lets go in October. River-bottom soil grows grass fast in a wet June, so showing up on schedule matters more here than anything fancy. There is something satisfying about a whole street of even lawns in a place where you can see the whole street at once. In a town this size a tidy yard is noticed by everybody who drives past, and that is reason enough to get it right.
