Western Iowa wind doesn't need much invitation to turn six inches of snow into a two-foot drift across a farm lane, and this crew treats every one of those lanes like it matters as much as a Main Street storefront. Cornstalk stubble sticks up black against the white fields on either side while the plow blade finds the crown of the road more by feel than by sight some mornings.
