Frontier Landscaping and Lawn Service

About Frontier Landscaping and Lawn Service

Grundy County is table-flat and farmed clear to the fence line, the kind of country where the grain elevator at Grundy Center stands in for a skyline. April smells like turned earth for miles out here, and it is the season Frontier Landscaping and Lawn Service likes best: beds reopened, borders recut, landscaping and plantings set while the ground is still cool and willing. Then the mowing begins, trimming and edging along with it, week upon week until the corn stands taller than the trucks. A good yard on this prairie is a deliberate thing — nothing about a lawn here happens by accident. Making one look intentional, curb to back lot line, is the entire point of the visit.
