Scheel's Professional Lawn Care

About Scheel's Professional Lawn Care

The Little Wapsipinicon runs past Fairbank quietly enough that a person can miss it, and the fog it lays down on June mornings takes until nine to burn off. Scheel's Professional Lawn Care waits that out, then mows on ground still cool, working town lots and the wide yards stretching out into dairy country. In this corner of Buchanan and Fayette counties a lawn is often the front room of a farm place, and it deserves the same crisp treatment as any village green. Trimmer work around clotheslines, posts and machine-shed corners takes as long as the mowing and matters as much. By noon the cut lines run straight to the road, and the place looks ready for company.
