About Bradley Construction & Property Care

Ely sits just far enough outside Cedar Rapids to still feel like its own small town, a handful of streets and a grain elevator holding on at the edge of a Linn County landscape that's filling in fast with new rooftops. Bradley Construction & Property Care works those older streets and the newer ones alike, clearing driveways and walkways through the winter with the same equipment it uses for property work the rest of the year. Snow here tends to move in off the Cedar River valley to the west, arriving a little heavier than the forecast for Cedar Rapids proper before it thins out again east of town. The crew's routes run early enough that commuters heading into Cedar Rapids find a cleared driveway waiting before their first cup of coffee cools. Between older in-town lots and the newer construction filling in around them, the company's winter work covers Ely block by block, old grid and new alike.
