Blizzard Salt

About Blizzard Salt

Every hollow road in Ames Township has one grade that ices before anything else — a shaded pitch above Federal Creek where a car will slide on a morning that looks perfectly dry. Blizzard Salt goes after those spots, salting drives and walkways, treating steep approaches, and plowing the snow off before it can pack down into something worse. Southeastern Ohio hills turn every driveway into a hill too, so the work is more about traction than about volume. The payoff is hearing tires bite where an hour earlier they would have spun. Amesville stirs, the ridges lighten, and the way out of the hollow is passable again.
