Midwest Maintenance

About Midwest Maintenance

Down at the Port of Dubuque the old millwork buildings meet the Ice Harbor, and on a Monday morning the grounds around them tell you exactly how the weekend went — clippings on the walks, weeds along the loading edges, grass an inch past where it should be. Midwest Maintenance runs on that weekly cadence, mowing and trimming commercial frontage and shared grounds so a property looks ready when the doors open. Edges along curbs and parking islands get cut clean, beds get kept free of weeds, and the debris is hauled off instead of blown into the next lot. Tenants notice the difference between grounds that are maintained and grounds that are merely mowed. It's the unglamorous half of how a place presents itself, handled on schedule.
