Green Envy Lawns

About Green Envy Lawns

On the Table Mound side of Dubuque, a July lawn at five in the morning is silver with dew and cool enough to walk barefoot, an hour before the day turns heavy. Green Envy Lawns builds its season around what happens to color in that heat — feeding on a schedule the turf can actually use, staying after broadleaf weeds before they take a foothold, and cutting high enough that the green holds through the driest weeks of summer. The mowing itself is the visible part: even lines, a level nap across the whole yard, edges cut sharp along the walk. Anyone who has driven past a lawn that made them slow down knows what the name is reaching for. Out toward Key West and the south-side ridges, that's the standard the work aims at every week.
