About TM Property Services LLC

Along the Merle Hay corridor the lots run wide and the buildings sit back from the road, so the grass out front is the first thing anybody sees. TM Property Services LLC keeps that ground in shape — mowing large open turf and tight duplex yards alike, trimming around sign bases and parking curbs, edging the long stretches of walk that border the drives. In late fall the leaves pile against every building line and fence, and clearing them is a job measured in hours and truckloads. The schedule is what makes it work: the same day, the same standard, whether it's one house or a row of rentals. Grounds that get that kind of steady upkeep never look like anybody is catching up.
