About Thumbs Up Lawn Maintenance

Downtown, the Raccoon runs into the Des Moines just below the Riverwalk, and on a thick August night the cicadas out there don't quit until well past midnight. Thumbs Up Lawn Maintenance is on the road not long after — trailers rolling while the air is still bearable, decks turning before the pavement starts to bake. Maintenance is the whole idea behind it: same route, same week, grass cut at a height it can handle in the heat, trimming and edging every visit rather than every other one. Walks and drives get blown clean so nothing tracks inside. It's plain, dependable upkeep, and a lawn kept on that schedule never gets away from anyone.
