About LSR+ Inc.

Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway runs wide and straight through the city, and a plow on that boulevard can see its own progress for blocks in a way a side street never allows. LSR+ Inc. works that kind of corridor alongside the tighter residential routes nearby, clearing driveways and walkways on the same morning the parkway itself gets bladed clean. De-icer follows the plow on both scales, boulevard and driveway alike, because open pavement holds wind-packed snow just as stubbornly as a shaded front step does. Commercial lots along the corridor get cleared to their own schedule, timed to when the doors open rather than when the truck happens to pass. Des Moines can look deceptively calm under a still gray sky right up until the wind picks up and starts drifting snow back across a road that was clear an hour ago — which is exactly the kind of morning this crew plans for.
