About JV Property Maintenance

Storefront windows along Ingersoll Avenue catch the plow's headlights well before the shops themselves open, one pass down the avenue clearing driveways, lots, and walkways in a single continuous route. JV Property Maintenance runs that corridor as one job, plowing the pavement and laying de-icer down at each stop so shop owners aren't out there with a shovel before opening. Residential streets off the avenue get worked the same way, driveway to walkway to a final check for ice on the steps. Central Iowa's winter systems tend to arrive fast and flatten out just as fast, leaving behind a hard crust that a plow alone won't fully clear — which is where the follow-up de-icing earns its place in the routine. It's a straightforward service built around one goal: a passable sidewalk and a clear lot, every time the sky drops something on Des Moines.
