About 515 Property Solutions LLC

Downtown, the Raccoon slides into the Des Moines River and the whole city takes its bearings from that seam. 515 Property Solutions LLC works the yards that spread out from it, mowing on a route that starts early, while the water is still gray and the bridges are empty. A lawn cut straight, edged clean along the walk and blown free of clippings changes how a house sits on its block. Summer here arrives humid and fast, and grass answers by growing overnight, so the schedule keeps its own steady beat. By the time the sun clears the skyline, the passes are laid down even and the drives are swept.
