About Carlos Lawn Care Services

On a July night you can hear the ballpark from blocks away, the crowd rising and falling while fog comes up off the Mississippi past the levee. Carlos Lawn Care Services works the daylight side of downtown Davenport and the streets climbing away from it, mowing on a set rotation, edging walks, trimming around fences and trees, and clearing away whatever the week left behind. Small city lots take patience — tight corners, stone steps, narrow alley strips of grass that still deserve a straight edge. Cut and cleaned properly, a lot like that looks bigger than it is. The route runs through Davenport and Bettendorf and across the bridge into Rock Island.
