Wiggy’s Lawn

About Wiggy’s Lawn

Council Bluffs wakes up on a slant. The Loess Hills hold the town along its western shoulder, and the first sun comes over the ridge thin and gold, catching every blade a mower left standing the day before. Wiggy's Lawn works those early hours, while the dew is still heavy enough to show a wheel line and the air off the river bottoms hasn't turned hot yet. Mowing, trimming, edging — the sidewalk cut so clean it reads like a pencil line drawn down the block. By the time traffic thickens on Broadway, the clippings are swept off and the yard simply looks like it grew that way.
