About #Mow & Snow LLC

The loess bluffs that gave Council Bluffs its name hold onto winter longer than the flat river bottom below them, and on a clear morning you can watch snow lift off those ridges and drift into the streets before the sun ever reaches the valley floor. #Mow & Snow LLC works the neighborhoods tucked against those bluffs, clearing driveways that climb at odd angles most flat-land plows never have to consider. Getting a steep drive scraped clean before the ice sets in overnight means fighting gravity as much as the snow itself. The crew reads each hillside street for where the wind piles snow twice as deep as the block just below it. By the time full daylight reaches the Missouri River valley, the bluff-side streets sit open and steady underfoot.
