About Elite Cuts LLC

Spring shows itself first on the south-facing slopes above Fairmount Park, where the hillside greens up a week or two ahead of the flat ground below. That is the signal Elite Cuts LLC watches for — the first mow of the year, when the blades are fresh and every yard in Council Bluffs needs its winter shaken out of it. The season builds from there: mowing on a set schedule, trimming close around trees and posts, a hard edge along walks and beds that keeps its shape for days. Iowa gives a long growing season and asks a lot of it, with humidity that pushes growth and dry stretches that test it. A cut done right reads from the curb before anyone gets close enough to see the details.
