Outdoor Chores

About Outdoor Chores

In the residential streets tucked between Council Bluffs' bluffs and its bottomland, winter mornings come with a short list of things that have to happen before anyone can leave the house — a clear driveway sits right at the top of it. Outdoor Chores handles exactly that list, block by block, working the neighborhoods where a steep back step or a narrow side drive is easy to put off and hard to live without once the ice sets in. A driveway finished before the first car needs to back out takes one more thing off a cold morning's list. The crew keeps a simple, repeatable route through the same streets, learning which houses sit in a wind pocket off the bluffs and need a little extra attention. By the time the neighborhood wakes up, the chore is already done.
