About Petersen Landscape & Design

Clinton climbs away from the river in terraces, and the yards along the bluff streets rise in steps, low walls holding little shelves of grass one above another. Petersen Landscape & Design mows and maintains exactly that kind of ground, where a lawn is a series of levels and every level needs its own line. Trimming along the walls, edging the stairs and drives, holding the slope even — hillside turf rewards exactness in a way flat ground never has to. In early summer, cut and watched, those yards look like green tiers stacked above the water. Sloped or level, the aim never changes: grass that looks intentional.
