Sunrise Mowing and Snow Removal

About Sunrise Mowing and Snow Removal

There is an hour in Centerville, well before the square wakes up, when the streetlights are still on and the only sound is a blade or a plow. Sunrise Mowing and Snow Removal lives in that hour. In January, when a storm comes down out of the northwest overnight and stacks white against every garage door on the block, the job is a drive cleared and salted before dawn so the day can start on time. In June the same early start means mowing while the dew is still heavy and the air over southern Iowa is cool enough to work in, edges trimmed sharp before noon. Two seasons, one habit: get there first, and leave a place looking like nobody had to fight for it.
