About Walt's Lawn Care - Cedar Rapids
Some mornings the whole downtown smells like toasted oats, and if you're up before the traffic you get that and the sun coming over May's Island at once. Walt's Lawn Care - Cedar Rapids starts early: the first cut of the day while dew is still on the blades, trimming around trees and posts, edging the walk, clearing the drive before anyone backs out of it. Spring in this town arrives in a rush — one warm week and the bluegrass is ahead of everybody. Working outward from the river, the route fills quickly once the season turns over. There's little to match leaving a yard at seven in the morning with the lines still fresh in the grass.
