About 5Roots lawn & pest LLC

Everything good about an Iowa lawn happens underground first. Beneath Cedar Rapids lies some of the darkest ground in the country, prairie loam that will grow whatever you ask of it and a few things you did not. 5Roots lawn & pest LLC works that soil the patient way: mowing on a steady rhythm, feeding the turf, opening compacted ground so air and water can get down where they matter, and keeping weeds from taking the light that belongs to the grass. By late June the humidity settles over the city like a wool coat and the blades gain inches between visits; by September the air runs clear again and the color comes back deeper than before. Root work is slow news, but it is the news that lasts.
