About Smock Property Care LLC.

The neighborhoods that back up to the Cedar River trails hold onto daylight a little differently than the rest of Cedar Falls, tree cover cutting the afternoon short even on a clear day, sooner still when snow's still falling. Smock Property Care works those blocks toward the end of the day, clearing driveways and the walks that connect to the trail access points once most of the through traffic has already come home. The trail itself isn't the job, but the houses that sit along it are, plowed and shoveled so a resident heading out for an evening walk along the river doesn't have to pick through someone else's tracks first. Salt goes down at the trail-access walks specifically, where foot traffic packs snow into ice faster than a driveway ever does. By the time it's fully dark along the river, the block is clear.
