About Wright Landscaping & Construction

Storms reach Burlington from the west, out across the flats past West Burlington, and by the time they cross Flint Creek the air has gone green and the wind is flipping maple leaves silver-side up. Wright Landscaping & Construction knows what the next morning looks like: small limbs down, grass flattened and soaked, everything two inches taller than it was at supper. Mowing gets moved around wet ground rather than forced through it, because ruts cut in June are still there in August. Then it returns to the shape of most weeks, cutting on a set day, trimming close to posts and downspouts, edging the drive, walks swept down before the trailer gate closes. A June lawn done right holds its lines all the way to the next storm.
