About Green Works

North of town Flint Creek slips through limestone at Starr's Cave, and those woods go green before anything else in Des Moines County does. Green Works takes its cue from that first flush — the April cleanup, winter's litter raked out, the opening cut that wakes a lawn back up. Through the warm months it is mowing and trimming on a steady rotation, with aeration and overseeding wherever a thin patch asks for help.
