Finny & All

About Finny & All

From the little bluff at Mosquito Park the Mississippi arrives all at once — a wide brown bend and a barge pushing south toward the lock. Finny & All keeps the yards set back behind that view, mowing and trimming the streets that run away from the river's edge. Late-summer evenings, when the heat finally lets go and the light turns copper on the water, is when fresh-cut grass smells best. The work is unhurried and thorough: corners reached, fencelines cleared, gates latched again on the way out. A yard should feel finished, not merely shortened.
