Fenton's spends the warmer months building out the newer streets on Burlington's north side, so by the time the first real snow comes, the crew already knows every cul-de-sac and driveway pitch up there by heart. That knowledge shows in November and December, when the trucks swing back through those same subdivisions at the end of the day, plowing driveways and clearing walks while porch lights are just starting to come on. The newer streets sit a little higher and catch more open wind than the old riverfront blocks, so drifting is the real fight some evenings, not just the fall itself. Fenton's clears it back to the garage door and the front step both, then moves on to the next street before dark settles in fully. It's the same ground crew, same neighborhoods, just a different season's tools in the truck bed.
