CD's Lawn Care

About CD's Lawn Care

Booneville sits in a fold of the Raccoon River country, a handful of streets where the gravel roads come together and the valley opens south toward Badger Creek. CD's Lawn Care works this stretch of Dallas County — mowing, trimming, edging and yard cleanup for town lots, acreages, and the long approaches where lawn runs up against pasture. Out here the grass jumps after a June rain, and one skipped week will put a yard behind. Staying ahead of it, holding the lines straight and the edges honest, is what turns an acreage from overgrown into kept. On a clear evening the mowed ground holds the last of the light longer than anything around it.
