About CS Lawn Services

Four Mile Creek runs low and green through the ground below Bondurant, and on a June morning the whole town smells like creek bottom — wet, sweet, growing fast. Grass in a week like that can put on more than seems reasonable between visits, and CS Lawn Services stays ahead of it: mowing on a steady rhythm, trimming the awkward ground around trunks and posts, edging the walks so the turf stops where it should. Aeration and overseeding go in when the season turns and the soil will actually take them. Cleanups bookend the year at either end. Iowa hands a lawn about six good months to be beautiful, and the work is mostly about not wasting any of them.
