About Bearded Mower LLC

By late afternoon the grain elevator stands over Bondurant like a lighthouse for all the flat country around it, and the light turns long and honey-colored across every lawn in town. That is usually when Bearded Mower LLC is finishing up — the last passes cut in the cooler part of the day, the string trimmer working around deck posts and play-set legs, the sidewalk blown back toward the grass instead of the street. Bed edges get redrawn so the mulch line stays honest. Overgrown corners behind a garage or along a back fence are brought down to where they belong. There is a quiet satisfaction in a yard that looks finished by supper time.
