About Greenspace Associates, Inc.

At the east edge of town, Devils Glen Park falls away into its wooded ravine, and late-day light comes through those oaks sideways, gold and low. Greenspace Associates, Inc. keeps the lawns on the streets above it cut clean and held to a line, week after week from the first green flush to the last cool cutting of fall. Shade lawns are their own puzzle here, thin under the canopy and thick where the sun finds a gap, and a good crew reads the yard before the blades ever turn. The reward is an evening yard that looks settled, the turf even, the trim tight around every trunk and post. That is what Greenspace Associates leaves behind on the ridge streets of Bettendorf.
