Nature's Best Tree Service

About Nature's Best Tree Service

Spring reaches the ridges above Buffalo Creek before it reaches the shade, and for a few weeks in March the wood is bare and every flaw in a crown shows. Nature's Best Tree Service uses that window for structural pruning — young trees in the newer additions, old apples and hackberries, deadwood hanging over a walk out toward the Stone City quarry road. Later it becomes clearance and thinning, keeping branches off siding and out of the gutters through the humid stretch of the year. When wind rolls across this county and stands a tree up in pieces, the urgent part comes first and the tidy-up right behind it, cutting back to a clean collar and carrying the brush out. What is left is a canopy with air in it and a yard that looks looked-after.
