About Woodward Lawn Care

On a clear midsummer day in Altoona you can pick out the coaster hills on the north side of town from a good many front yards, standing over the rooftops like a strange little skyline. Woodward Lawn Care spends those days at ground level instead — mowing, trimming, edging, clearing clippings — moving through neighborhoods while the heat builds and the wind slides across the open lots. Turf here takes full sun from dawn to supper and pays back a steady cut with color that carries into September. Nothing beats the moment the final pass closes and the whole lawn drops into one even sheet of green. Then it is on to the next lot, and the one after that.
