Chase's Lawn and Landscape

About Chase's Lawn and Landscape

Come May the Raccoon River Valley Trail runs busy through Adel, and every lawn along its route gets looked over by strangers on bicycles all weekend long. Chase's Lawn and Landscape takes that as a fair reason to keep the lines honest and the borders sharp. The routine holds its shape — cut, trim, edge, sweep the concrete — and the yard afterward has that combed, unhurried look a good mow gives a place. Spring here is generous and impatient at once, all sudden growth between rains, so the schedule bends around the weather without breaking. There is real pride in a stripe that runs true from the porch steps to the back fence.
