About C & C Lawn Services

The Raccoon River bends along the south side of Adel, and on a July evening the air rising off its timber is warm and heavy and green. C & C Lawn Services keeps working through it, laying long straight passes across yards while the cottonwoods turn their pale sides to the wind. River-bottom summers push grass up fast, so the answer is uncomplicated: come back on the day you said you would, every week, however thick it has gotten. Trimmer work follows the mower — fence corners, foundations, the base of every shade tree — and driveways get blown clean before the truck pulls away. What is left is a lawn that looks cool and even in the last hour of light.
