About Tropical Lawn Care, LLC

There is a line through Waimea where the rain simply stops — one end of town green and dripping, the other dry and bright, sometimes on the very same afternoon. Lawn care has to read that line: cut more often on the wet side, cut higher where the sun has the upper hand. Tropical Lawn Care, LLC mows, edges, string trims and clears clippings for yards on both halves of town. In the cooler air up here the smell of fresh-cut grass hangs around far longer than it does down at the coast. A finished lawn, flat and edged, is the plainest way to say a place is looked after.
