About Lokahi Property Maintenance, LLC

Evenings on this coast end with the sun going down into open water, and for a few minutes the whole slope from the Waianae ridge to the shoreline takes on the color of dry grass. Lokahi Property Maintenance, LLC looks after grounds up and down that stretch — scheduled mowing, edging along walks and lot lines, hedge and shrub trimming, weeding the beds, and green waste removal so nothing piles up out back. Larger properties reward a plan more than a burst of effort; the route comes around, the same lines get cut, and the place never gets away from anyone. There is a particular pleasure in arriving somewhere only ever slightly overgrown, because it means the schedule is doing its job. Leave it clean, leave the edges true, and come back before it needs you.
