About Pukana La Yard Services

First light comes over Haleakalā's rim and slides down onto Pukalani all at once, the whole slope going gold before the town is properly awake. Pukana La Yard Services starts in that window — mowing while the air is still cool, edging the walks and driveway, string trimming the corners and fence lines, then clearing every clipping off the hard surfaces. Yards up here green up quickly after a wet stretch and need cutting more often than people expect. Coming back at the right interval, rather than after the grass has gotten away, is what keeps a lawn looking tended instead of recovered. Pukalani and the upcountry towns around it — Makawao, Kula, Haiku — are the working area.
