About Castro’s yards & repairs,LLC

Highway 11 climbs out of Kea'au into Mountain View through wet green tunnel country, tin roofs ticking under a rain that arrives and leaves without much warning. Castro's yards & repairs, LLC works the yards along that stretch, mowing, edging and trimming grass that takes the rain and answers it fast. Up here a lawn kept on a rhythm is the difference between a yard and a thicket, and the pleasure of the job is watching a shaggy lot come back to a clean, level green in one afternoon. Cuttings get cleared so nothing rots into the walk, and the mown edge is left neat against the gravel. Mountain View and the neighboring Puna towns are the service area.
