About A & S Property Services

You come into Koloa under the eucalyptus tunnel on Maluhia Road — a mile of shade, then sudden sun. A & S Property Services works the yards on the far side of that light, mowing, edging, trimming, and carting the cut material off the property so the lawn is the only thing left to look at. South-shore grass takes the heat differently than the north shore does; it wants a regular cut and defined borders more than it wants fuss. There is a particular satisfaction in a Koloa driveway edged straight, red dirt swept clear of the concrete, the lawn brought to one honest height. Koloa and the south shore towns nearby are their ground.
