About JP'S Tree Trimming LLC.

Midday on the ridge above Kalihiwai the pastures go bright and still, and the only shade for a quarter mile is whatever tree somebody had the sense to leave standing. JP'S Tree Trimming LLC works those upland lots and the lanes out toward Moloaʻa, thinning crowns and cutting back the guava and java plum that close in from every side. Summer brings mango season and limbs loaded past what they can hold, so the right cuts now save the tree and the roof both. A removal is taken piece by piece, rigged where a trunk stands too near a fence line or a water line to simply be dropped. And when a squall knocks a top out overnight, the wood is cut small, carried off, and the ground raked flat.
