Clean Cuts Hawaii

About Clean Cuts Hawaii

Out toward Kalaeloa the land goes coral-flat and open, kiawe holding the dry ground, salt riding in on the breeze off Barbers Point. Clean Cuts Hawaii takes its name seriously in that landscape: a mower line that runs straight, an edge cut so square you can follow it with your eye from the street to the garage. Blades are kept sharp because torn grass browns at the tip and cut grass does not, and on this bright side of Oahu the difference shows by afternoon. Trimming gets done around every post and planter, then the walks are blown clear and the green waste goes with the crew. Simple services, finished properly — that is the whole trade.
