About La Kulia Landscaping

Below Ho'omaluhia the old Luluku terraces step up the hillside, and rain sits in the folds of the ridge above Kāne'ohe well into the morning. La Kulia Landscaping works the neighborhoods in that shadow, where mowing, edging and trimming have to keep pace with ground that never really dries. Grass here comes in inches rather than blades, so the cut is where a yard gets its whole character — one level lawn, hedges brought back to shape, walkways blown clear. Green waste rides out with the crew instead of settling into a heap by the fence. Standing back at the end, the lawn holds a straight line against the wild green climbing the ridge behind it, and that contrast is exactly the point.
