About Keola Services LLC

North of town the land opens out toward Keahole and the light comes up huge and unshaded over the lava. Keola Services LLC starts there — mowing, edging, trimming around posts and rock walls, hauling the cuttings off before the heat sets in properly. The ground is dry, the wind is constant, and the grass that grows here has earned it. Cutting it even, then finding every border and making it a line, is the part of the day worth waking up for. By mid-morning the yards are finished and the whole slope looks like someone lives there on purpose.
