About Maui Lawn & Landscape LLC

Along Kaahumanu Avenue the monkeypods throw wide pools of shade, and the grass beneath them grows in a different way than the grass out in the open sun — slower, softer, and quick to go patchy if it's cut wrong. Maui Lawn & Landscape LLC reads a yard before mowing it, setting the height for the ground it's on, then edging the concrete back to a crisp seam and trimming the shaded corners by hand-held blade. Clippings are cleared, the walk is blown, and the property line reads as a line again. In Kahului the growing never really stops, so the value is in the rhythm: the same yard, cut the same careful way, on the same day each round. Pull into the drive after and the whole place looks calmer than when you left it.
