About Mel’s Yard Service LLC

Saturday in Hilo starts at the farmers market and ends with everybody home in the yard, which is right about when a mowed lawn earns its keep. Mel's Yard Service LLC runs the neighborhood streets on a set rotation — mow, edge, string trim the fence lines, tidy the beds, clear the clippings off the walk. Nothing complicated about it; the showing-up is what does the work. A lawn cut on time stays soft and level underfoot instead of becoming the chore somebody keeps putting off. And when the afternoon shower comes through, as it always does, it lands on a place already squared away.
