Grady’s Lawncare Services

About Grady’s Lawncare Services

Wrightsville keeps its courthouse square at the middle of everything, and on a Saturday morning in Johnson County the town runs on a slow, agreeable clock. Grady's Lawncare Services runs a little ahead of it — mowers off the trailer early, lines laid down while the grass is still cool, trimming close around posts and steps and the roots of the shade trees. Edging is what finishes a yard: a hard seam where the lawn stops and the concrete starts, with everything blown back off the walk. In summer the work comes weekly; in fall it turns to leaves; the yards hold their shape either way. It is honest outdoor work, and the result is right there in front of you when the trailer gate goes back up.
