About Essentialscape

Come evening, the string lights flick on over Elm Street and downtown Woodstock fills up — but the yards that ring it were finished hours earlier, in daylight nobody thought about. That is the shape of Essentialscape's week: mowing, edging, trimming and bed work done clean and early so a property simply looks right whenever anyone happens to see it. The essentials are unglamorous and they are everything — a level cut, a defined edge, a driveway blown bare. In a town where people walk their neighborhoods, a lawn is a small public gift. Getting the basics exactly right, every visit, is the whole idea in the name.
